We collect the details you provide at registration — name, contact address, and payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or linked Paytm number — and we store these only as long as your account remains active or legal retention periods require.

Account Security

Deposits via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are subject to both our terms and the individual payment provider's conditions. We process deposits once the provider confirms the transaction; disputed charges must be raised with the payment provider first.
